We have a 15 day exchange or return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your product to request a return OR exchange.
To meet the criteria for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Products sent to us without first requesting a return are not accepted.

Defective products and wrong orders
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as socks, underwear, hats, gloves, shoe soles),
customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products, perfumes, make-up items).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about this item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items/last items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact the store immediately for a timely exchange process, if you present your exchange card/proof of purchase and the exchange time limit has not passed, you return the item you have, and within one (1) day of receipt, the necessary change control is made, and if your change is accepted, and we automatically proceed to send the product you indicate to us.

- Also for orders placed via e-shop for collection with the click away process from the agreed store and are prepaid, the buyer is not entitled to cancel the sale but is obliged to pick up even after the end of any imposed shutdown of the commercial stores, in time to be determined again. In this case, any returns will be governed by the special conditions of sale of goods.
Products up to €9.99/Buy X get Y are off-season special offer products (Outlet)
and for this reason they cannot be returned.

Money return
Once we receive and review your return, within three (3) working days we will inform whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the original payment method will automatically be refunded to the bank you indicate to us.
Please note that it may take up to ten (7-10) calendar days for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund. (Depends on your Bank)
In special cases when the purchase has been made with a debit/credit card owned outside of Bulgaria, it may take up to fourteen (14) calendar days for your bank or credit card company to process and send the funds.
- In prepaid orders there is no possibility of refund without receiving the package.
- The buyer must receive the package and if they do not wish to return the package with Courier (as defined above).
- If the buyer does not receive the parcel, if it has been sent by Courier, when the parcel returns to the company, it will remain in the unclaimed parcels or a refund will be made for the value of the product minus €4.00 transport refunds.
Special notes for shipments/exchanges/returns

All orders placed by 17:00 daily and 13:00 on Saturdays are prepared and dispatched the same day.
In case the parcel is quite bulky and very light it is measured by (International Air Transport Organization IATA tonnage system).
- If the volumetric weight of the shipment is greater than the actual one (cases of light and at the same time very bulky parcels), then the charge is based on the volumetric weight and is calculated by multiplying the three dimensions of the parcel and dividing by 5,000.
