- In case the parcel is quite bulky and very light it is measured by (International Air Transport Organization IATA tonnage system).
- If the volumetric weight of the shipment is greater than the actual one (cases of light and at the same time very bulky parcels), then the charge is based on the volumetric weight and is calculated by multiplying the three dimensions of the parcel and dividing by 5,000.

- For furniture purchases, the only payment method is debit/credit/prepaid card and deposit to the Company's bank account.

The company bears no responsibility in case of damage or defect caused during transport by the transport company.
